Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Graduation

Throughout 2023 and 2024, Eire Óg have hosted the Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Initiative on Sunday evenings. The programme, which is run in conjunction with the GAA, Foróige and the University of Galway, saw twelve of our students complete three modules, 30 hours of workshops designed to develop leadership skills, followed by a Community Project.

At the end of the programme, participants were awarded a level 6 Certificate in Youth Leadership and Community Action by the National University of Ireland, Galway. On Saturday, the 23th November, they were awarded their Certificate in Youth Leadership and Community Action at a Conferring Ceremony at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Congratulations to Finn Morris, Grace McDermott, Sofia McDarby, Holly Dunne, Nikki Maxwell, Kate McAdam, Rían O'Gorman, Paddy Marrinan, Jamie Coyle, Miguel Ramirez-McMahon, Andrew Wall and Sean Lehane.
