Junior Girls Camogie Match - February '24

On the 20th of February our Junior Girls camogie team headed down to Éire Óg to play Ratoath College from Co. Meath. The girls did a quick warm up and headed out onto the pitch led by their captain Georgia Cullen. The girls were off to a quick start with scores coming from Grace O'Neill and Áine Ryan. Masie Grey made some amazing saves leaving the girls with a half time score of 1:4 to 0:1 point to St David’s.

At half time the girls came out stronger again with Ella Andrews scoring a goal from a 45’ and points from Caoimhe Davis. The girls were also very strong in defence with them not letting in a single goal even when the opposition were in the box.

The girls came out with a comfortable win progressing them to a Leinster quarter final. Well done to the girls and a big thanks to Mr Egan and Mr Crowe for helping them get this far.
