Transition Year Graduation 2023

We had a lovely evening on Wednesday 24th of June with our Transition Year students and their families. The evening is as much about celebrating the achievements and acknowledging the hard work of our TYs over the course of the year, as it is about conferring them with their certificates.

Transition Year students showcased all of the work they did by filling up a dedicated table in the Sports Arena, bringing the space to life with colourful experiences represented in unique and personal ways.

The evening involved speeches by Mr Carey, Ms O'Sullivan, Ms Courtney and Mr Ryan, along with presentations from Ms Murphy for charity and fundraising initiatives. The TY choir finished off proceedings with a beautiful surprise tune before we all enjoyed a chat and some light refreshments in our school's Sports Arena.

Well done Transition Years! We're very proud of all that you have achieved this year and for the maturity and confidence that you have all gained. Here's to the next two year!
